INF install

Hi,
Does anyone know anything of INF installs (based on the Microsoft API). I get the following error and I'm not sure what its referring to. The only folder I use is 11 - the winsys folder. So there is no 24. This leads me to think that the error may be referring to step 24???
Any help would be appreciated,

DOH! I didn't add the error messgae - here it is:
"Failed to set special folder location for 24."
