InstallShield HELP

Hello everyone,

I'm a newbie here.
I know what I'd like to do, but have no clue how to do it.
Basically, below is the program that I have. I want to overwrite image files and some wordings inside the InstallShield and then regenerate the program. I've done /unpack /pack before but this doesn't seem to work that way. Thx for the help!

You should have access to the source code of this InstallShield project. If you don't it would be best to contact the author.
