Problem with PhysicalMemory condition

We set a PhysicalMemory >= 64 condition, and we have a report that this is stopping installation on a 2GB RAM computer. This is on ISWI 2. Has anyone heard of this before? Any ideas?

I can see why this happens
2GB = 0x80000000 = -2147483648 which is the lowest value in a 32bit twos complement representation.

I think you will need a CA to do the memory test.
