After Installing an Intranet Media setup it's unable to uninstall the installation throw the add/remove programes menu on Windows XP.
by Clicking on the component that i wish to uninstall nothing happens. any idease?

First off, since you're using WinXP, have you moved up to IS 6.31? If not, please do so by downloading & applying the patch. Then rebuild and re-run your setup. Otherwise this new OS will not be properly supported.
Do the supporting/referenced uninstall files exist? They should reside under:
C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information\<Install GUID>
Also, checkout the registry for the command which Add/Remove Programs is trying to use. It should reside under:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\<Install GUID>\UninstallString
Try that stuff for starters and let us know.
