I have developed an application and packaged it . It needs another application support(DLL) to run. The package must install the main application and if the second one is not installed on the PC, it must also install that one too. How can I do this. Do I have to write any Script? If I have to write a script can you give me a sample script in VB script.

Why don't you just include that support DLL in your package?
