Hello
I'm having problem with one of my dialogs on Japanese Windows 2003.
That dialog has UserName and Password fields. When focus ( cursor ) on Password filed the language bar turs disable. I thought that this is problem with my custom dialog so I created new installtation and changed edit box property to be Password true on Customer Information dialog. The result was the same.
Attached screenshot from Japanese Windows.
I'm using InstallShiled Developer 8.0 MSI project
Any ideas?

Hi Kiril,
I think this is not a problem.
The language bar off state means that user cannot input 2-byte characters like kanji but can only input ascii characters. Pass phrase should be ascii even in Japan (and maybe in 2-byte char conuntries) so this situation is proper.
I guess InstallShield implements so when Password attrib is true.
I hope this helps you.
cheers
