Hey,
I created a path from version 1 to version 2. The difference is just one exe-file, which are correctly included in the patch. The patch changed this file correctly, but the installer wrote all ini-entries new. Why are the installer writing ini-files, because there is no need for that. Just one exe-file was changed and the component of the exe-file is not connected with the ini-entries in my project.
Any ideas...

That's because a Minor Update involves a reinstall of the whole product (if you set REINSTALL=ALL, which you could instead set to the one feature you need to reinstall)
