I should modify the layout of a predefined dialog box (SdOptionsButtons, I should modify the buttons).
Reading the HelpOnLine I found:

You can use a resource editor such as Microsoft Visual C++ to change the text in static fields, to change the text in push buttons, to change the locations of controls, and even to change the bitmap images in built-in dialog boxes.

Ok, are there something free or very cheap to do that?
Nothing against Microsoft Visual Studio Suite but I can't buy it just for modify some dialog box once, twice time a year!
