I have a CustomAction located after the InstallFiles action. It checks the presence on disk of a folder that should have been created by the InstallFiles action (A folder created for a component), but at that time, there is nothing on disk!?... Why? The folder and its files only appears at the end of the installation process? What should I do to have my folder visible during my CustomAction?

make sure your custom action is scheduled for deferred execution. See article "Installation Phases and In-Script Execution Options for Custom Actions in Windows Installer" at http://www.installsi...00108/index.htm for details.
