All I want to do is update some files in my installation.  Nothing fancy, just replace the old files with new ones.  Can I create a simple installation that will write over the old files with the new ones?  I don't want to change the version number of the product mainly because I'm not adding or removing features.  However I am concerned about any registry entries the Windows Installer service may create.  Would it be easier for me to deploy the updated files as a zip file??
