How can i create one uninstall file in VSI 1.2 ?
In VSI file system > user's start menu
how can i put my app shortcuts folder inside start>programs>my app
(i made several tests and i only get start>my app).

In order to create shortcuts under the Start->Programs Menu you will need to manually edit the .msi file created by Visual Studio.
First you need to obtain a copy of Orca if you do not already have it. This is a tool that allows you to manually open and edit the msi file database. It comes with the Microsoft Windows Installer SDK (free download):

Once you have installed Orca, follow the instructions as described at the following url:

I found the tutorial listed at the link above to be rather confusing and difficult to follow.
Attached is a file that I created that (hopefully) contains a better description of the steps required, including associating an icon with the Programs Menu shortcut.
