I have followed Stefan's article on Distributing Msi2.0 with InstallShield Windows Installer 2.03.

Everything is OK apart from Installing on WinNT, SP4, the error "-2147220998: Internal Error in Windows Installer" is displayed, I assumed that this error should be the modified 1150 entry in the setup.ini but this does not appear to be the case.



How do I generate a meaningful message, prompting the user that SP6 is required?

Hello Dave,

create an entry in the Install Condition.
I hope the property ServicePackLevel is allready accessible.
