On an already written InstallShield 12 Premier Edition project I have this issue.
In "organization / setup Design" I have several "Features" containing some files and registry keys.
The issue is that one feature is being installed even if user do not check it.
- I have tried to remove a call in a Dialog. Something like "Addlocal => Feature_Name => condition". The feature is still installed.
- Finally I tried to enter in the Feature property a condition with the "Feature Condition Builder". This condition cannot be true as it's a lonely property added for that purpose and never set anywhere. And the Feature continue to be installed ...
- If I remove this feature, it's not installed so I'm sure it's not something else that installed the files.
Have you please an idea on what's going one there ?
