Disable Next in CustomSetup

Anybody now how to disable the Next button in the CustomSetup Dialog as long as no features are selected?

I don't think there is a way. What you can do is to run a custom action when the Next button is pressed that inspects the selected features and rejects the Next unless something is selected.
