Hi guys !
Can I, in my basic msi project , set the order of installation of two selected subfutures(I associated a component for each subfeature) of the same feature;
here the design of my setup :
"SQL"
|---->"Engine"
|---->"SQL Management"
"Application"
|---->"Client"
|---->"Server"
Can I set the order of installation of a component before another??
There are no properties to prioritize the installation of a component?
Can I insert a custom Action between the installations of components??How do it ?

You can control the order in which features are displayed in the feature tree dialog. But you can't control the order in which the files are copied or the registry entries are created.
And you can't insert a custom action between components.
If oyu need to do this you would have to split your setup in two msi files. You could install one of them as a prerequisite for the other.
