I have two installs that set System environment variables. Now these two installs are setting the same Variables thus I have set their property(in Registry Set) to be shared.
Now when I uninstall one of the programs, it takes out the environment variable to...
What am I doing wrong... or missing.
Any help is appreciated

Hmm, sounds like a bug or the Environmental variables don't properly make use of the Shared property.
Obviously a workaround would be to make your installs "smarter" and conditionally delete those keys. So install A would check if B was present and if not delete those keys via InstallScript, and vice-versa.
