I am trying to give a different installtext message for each sql script that is run. However, when i change a value in the installtext column in the table ISSQLScriptFile using direct editor it changes all the values for every sql script.
I found a reference to this on the web (http://weblogs.asp.n.../18/355199.aspx ) that indicates that there is a way around the problem, but it doesnt say how!
Any help would be much appreciated as (again) there is no installshield documentation on this.

Can't you assign a different string table entry? (That's how I would do it in a Basic MSI project)
