Does anyone if this is possible or not?
what I would like to do is create a patch [Minor Upgrade] that only checks the time stamp of the files instead of checking the file version.  The patch log generates numerous Warnings "WARNING (14): File versions are equal. ", The patch will only add new files and upgrade the files without a version number.  I'm using ISWI version 2.03.

Usually file dates are checked for non-versioned files.  If you want to install versioned files, regardless of the version then specify an "a" option in the REINSTALLMODE property.  This will force all files to be reinstalled regardless of the version.

For example: REINSTALLMODE=vamus will reinstall all files, shortcuts and registry entries as well as re-cache the local package.
