Downloading MSI/ISScript engines

Hi there,

I set up a one-click installation, and set "download engine from Web" for MSI and ISScript.

But i notice everytime they are downloaded from Web no matter if or not they already be there.

my question is how to set a condition to switch their download.

I have been told that this depends on the build type chosen. I think for the WEB type the engine won't be downloaded prior to installation.
