A mst file doesn't get deleted from %TEMP% folder

Hi all,

When I run setup.exe that was created from a basic installshield MSI project with more than one language, A msi file and a mst file got generated in temp folder, they are called 64dc42.msi and 64dc43.mst. These names are differnet each time I run the setup. Anyway, when I finish the installation only the msi file got deleted. When I see the verbose log I got the following at the very end of the file.

error 32 means that the handler is not released. Why is that happening?
Is there any suggestions on how to fix that??
