I need to display a readme.txt file near the start of my installation. Through a bit of fiddling around it seems like the best method of displaying this readme will be to use the SdLicense function and pass it some parameters, including the Readme.txt file.
At this stage of the installation the files have not been copied to the target PC so I need to be able to load the Readme.txt from the CD (or install source) directly. I cannot seem to find a way to access it directly from the tables.
What is the best way (or for that matter, any way) of accessing and displaying a readme before the files are copied across?

Place a copy of the txt file in the Setup Files/Disk1 area.(the same place as your autorun.inf). This is always available.You can ref it with SRCDIR ^ 'xxxx.txt'.
