For certain reasons, i need my end-user environment to be equipped VB Virtual Machine SP3, and i have included in my package as well.
However, when there is a downgrade of this component (MSVBVM60.DLL) , it just leave as it is...

is there a way to first unregister the component, and then delete it from System Folder prior to the installation ???
how can i do it ?
