Hi,
I want to reinstall on system where it should not for Uninstall or Repair or Remove option .But just do over write on existing installed file.And after reinstallation process ,it should refresh the registry entry.
Please help me out as soon as possible.

Go to MSDN and read about REINSTALL and REINSTALLMODE properties.
In fact, given your last few questions - no feence, BTW - it would be useful for you to start at page 1 on the Windows Installer articles on MSDN.
