My main setup contains a Merge Module that needs to launch another setup before the main setup finishes. When the "other" setup launches and I am getting ready to press the install button, I get the following error:
Error 1500. Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one.

Because of a limitation of msiexec.exe, you can only have one .msi running at a time, so launching a second one won't work in this manner. You need to install it as a Pre-Requisite. Go into the Redristibutibles section of InstallShield, & you can create your own. Then that setup will run before your main installation.

That sounds good but I need to run this other setup ONLY if a specific feature is selected. I will not know that before the main installation.
