hello

I am new to installshield.

We have our software product packaged inside an installshield MSI project.

Now i have been asked to provide an upgrade(either minor or major) facility to the installer.

Basically some files will be modified through the upgrade.

I am trying to implement the upgrade facility through the installshield project using the upgrade, by refering to the help, but am unable to do so.

Can somebody suggest me a reference point to learn how to use upgrade.

I need to make an upgrade available as fast as possible.

Just build the new version from the same project and install it on top of the existing version.
