While running setup.exe from restricted user using the 'runas /user:administrator' got errors in copy and delete restricted files.
It seems that it caused by the fact that one of IS processes - IDriver.exe still started under the restricted user. A little research on the web showed me that it because a DCOM object InstallShield InstallDriver is set to be launched as the 'interactive user'. Changing it to 'launching user' didn't help because it is being reconfigured every run. I got a costom action fixing it in the regestry but it seems its too late to run it even as the first action.
If anyone knows what can be done, please help.

This should be solved in InstallShield 12 as it doesn#t rely on DCOM anymore.
