Dear All,

Iam Facing Setup error While installing Dotnet Framework 3.5. Following are the error log for
Error Log:
[01/15/09,19:08:19] Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0a: [2] Error: Installation failed for component Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0a. MSI returned error code 1603
[01/15/09,19:08:46] WapUI: [2] DepCheck indicates Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0a is not installed.
[01/15/09,19:49:53] Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0a: [2] Error: Installation failed for component Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0a. MSI returned error code 1603
[01/15/09,19:50:16] WapUI: [2] DepCheck indicates Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0a is not installed.
[01/16/09,11:02:14] Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0a: [2] Error: Installation failed for component Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0a. MSI returned error code 1603
[01/16/09,11:02:32] WapUI: [2] DepCheck indicates Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0a is not installed.
[01/16/09,11:56:24] Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0a: [2] Error: Installation failed for component Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0a. MSI returned error code 1603
[01/16/09,11:56:47] WapUI: [2] DepCheck indicates Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0a is not installed.

>i tried by removing sqlserver and other dotnetframework also.but still problem Pursues.

I don't know that language so I'm not sure what the text on that page says.

But you should only download the .NET Famework (or any other redistributable) from trusted web sites, in this case microsoft.com, not some third party site. You'll never know which modifications they may have made to the file.
