I have a MSI with 3 features. when i uninstall the product only the default feature is removed with other two remaining. any knows why?

Could be caused by any number of things.
Try running the uninstall with log mode. This should point to the cause of the problem. Specifically look at the feature states after install validate.

Maybe the application writes some files at runtime that are part of these features and will not remove them.
