I made a Setup.exe using InstallShield Express - Borland limited edition 3.03 to install a program which accesses an MS Access Database though OLE DB.

This installs fine on all customer PC's, except for one. This PC runs  Windows 95 and does NOT have MS Access installed!

The error which is produced at installation time is:
"Error 1918.Error ODBC driver Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb). ODBC error 13. Could not load the setup or translator library. Verify that the file Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb) exists and that you can access it.".

Is this caused by Windows 95 (all the other customers run at least Windows 98)? Is this caused because MS Access is not installed on this Windows 95 PC? What needs to be installed on this PC to make it run?

It's probably just missing the Access drivers.  Try installing MDAC (Microsoft Data Access Components), available off the Microsoft site.
