Hi ,
I have the setup.exe for an application. I hope its not installshield developed.
Is it possible to create something like setup.iss file for non installshield developed applications and make the installation silent with the required configurations.

That depends on the setup.exe and the tool that was used to create it. Try setup.exe /?
