Hi,

our Japanese customers have problems trying to install our program. At the begining of installation process error message comes

Error 0x80040707 (Internal Failure)
Then they have got the following message:
Unexpected internal error
(Can not place bitmap on screen)

After this they also got the following message:
Error installing ikernel.exe.

They use IBM Think Pad (Pentium3)
with Win95 400.950B (Japanese),
Office2000+Access97 and
IE5.5

Their resolution was 1024*768 and the color was high color,
driver :Neomagic video driver.
They have used two computers with these settings.

Can someone help me to solve this problem?
I've read many other entries with this error number but none
of them was connected with bitmap placement.
