Splash Screen Aliasing

My new setup.bmp splash screens do not display properly. They alias (the left 20% of the image is displayed on the right hand side). The bitmap looks normal when viewed with Paint. Any ideas?

Did you create it in Paint? If not, open and save it in Paint.
