Hi
I installed in system32, winnt and program files.
When I uninstall, all setup files are deleted except - files in system32.
I confirmed Component's properties ( both shared and permanent are checked 'no' )
Do u know in this case?

maybe they are in use by another program?
check the registry settings for these files, the registry has a counter for the programs that use a dll and if you install this file, the counter is increased, when deinstalling the counter is decreased and if the counter is zero, the file can be deleted.
this may happen in you r case ...
