We have a .ipr file from a unknown version of InstallShield that we are unable to migrate to 7.02. We ran the support setup file which converted it to an .ism but includes none of the files (ie registry, script etc) It also attaches a comment to this file to please contact your system admin, but nothing more descriptive. Do we need to manually include these files? Is there a way to determine which version of InstallShield this was created with? Is there an easier way to do this?

Open the .ipr file with a text editor - you may find some version information in it.
