Is there a way to extract the files (contents) in a MSM (Merge Module) file?

Create a new project, add a feature, add the MSM to this feature, build, then run an administrative install.
This extracts all files in the file table. But some MSMs don't do that, instead they have a file in the binary table, and some custom actions that extract and execute that file. One example is the MDAC.MSM from InstallShield, it stores the Mdactype.exe in the exe.
