On 14th February version 1.4 of SharpSetup has been released. SharpSetup is an installer creation tool that builds on WiX and provides the ability to create user interface in .NET/Windows Forms. Highlights of this release include a lot of bug fixes and an improved bootstrapper. With this release you can install .NET Framework and Windows Installer packages before entering main WinForms GUI using just a few lines of C++ code. The prerequisite packages can be installed from local file, external disk (CD/DVD) or downloaded from vendor's website - it's just a matter of simple configuration.
