Hello all,
After upcoming problems with my hardware, I had to change it.
IS12 could be reactivated without problems.
But IS2k8 does not let me activate the response code.
TSconfig.exe stops with an "unknown software exception" (0xc000000d) at 0x78138aa0.
The uninstallation of IS2k8, installation again and patching with update_licensing_hotfix.exe did not solve the problem.

I think you need to call Acresso in tis case.

I forgot to tell, that the "offline_activation" hotline of Acresso did finaly send me a link to a new download of the setup of IS2008.

After uninstallation and the new installation of IS2008 with my regular license code, IS2008 is now running correctly again.
