Hello all,
currently I'm trying to create a patch, but it refuses to work properly. It only has to replace one file, but it always comes up with asking for the MSI source package, which was used for the first-time installation. Is patching without needing the source installation package possible at all using Windows Installer 1.20 ?
My setup does not contain ResolveSource, it has no new components or renamed components, the feature structure was left unchanged. No new key files were set.
