msi error message

I went into my regedit to delete any norton and symantec files because I had forgoten the password. but when I tried to reinstall norton internet 2004 I keep getting I MSI error message can someone help me?

Please post the error messages. These are also normally written to the Event Viewer Application Log (eventvwr).
