Problems Signing PFTW with XP/IE6

Hello
I am trying to sign packages using our authenticode verisign signature for the packageforthe web projects. Signing works correctly on a Windows 2000 development environment with IS 5.5 SP2, but does not work on the systems that were upgraded from Windows 2000 to Windows XP Pro. Any ideas here? Thank you

I resolved this by replacing the signcode.exe the installshield includes with an older version downloaded from somewhere on the Microsoft web site.
This fixed the problem for me.
