how can i make installshield to reboot my system after finishing the installation?????

Create a property called REBOOT and set its value to Force

Additional you can call Standard Action ScheduleReboot to reboot at the end of your installation or ForceReboot to reboot immediately

If I force reboot in some point in installation will installation automaticaly continue from this point after reboot?

Theoretically, the ForceReboot SA will b back to the point after you restart the system. However, i faced problems doin' this...
but... according to ur scenerio, ScheduleReboot is your choice. Set this SA to the end in ur Actions (just after InstallFinalize or your CA). A message box will prompt if you wanna restart your system when the user click "Finish" button.
