Hi all,
Is ti possible to install registry entries associated with a component only during first time installation ?
I would like to do nothing during repair or minor upgrade.

If you make the component NeverOverwrite, then they will only be written during first time installation.
There are also options you can set for re-installs that will only re-install certain components, like files, or registry values etc.

set a condition on the component to
NOT REMOVE=ALL
NOT REMOVE=ALL
