Hi,
I created an basic msi project. In some components I use the 'dynamic file linking' to insert the new files in the msi. All dll's have a newer file version, all data files have a newer time stamp. But some files are overwritten and some files not. This occure for dynamic linked files and normal added files.
I use the IShield 11.5
The 'Shared' property is set to 'No'
The 'Never Overwrite' is set to 'No'
The 'ReinstallModeText' is set to 'omus'
Anybody has an idea what is wrong in my basic msi?

You were able to get upgrading to work with dynamic file links? Please elaborate.
