InstallShield released a hotfix to address the hanging of setups on Windows Server 2003. It fixes a bug that was introduced with InstallShield Developer 8.02.
It only applies to the "InstallScript MSI" project type. The fix is available for Developer 8.02, DevStudio 9.01 and InstallShield X.
