I have created exe using installshield 2009 (Installscript Project)
How can I change the COMPANY NAME properties of Setup.exe(right click on Setup.exe and select Property->Version->Company) < Acresso Software Inc> to <Some Other Name>

Changing the company name for the actual setup.exe file is not supported.
Instead you should look at packaging your install by adjusting your project's media settings in order to achieve the same kind of effect with the packaged setup.
