My Setup is working fine, but it takes about 30 seconds after preparing installation to start actual installation. What is wrong ?
I dont have any Anti-Virus programs or Outlook running.
Please help me.

Do you have a lot of components in your setup? If this is an MSI setup the standard action FileCosting will perform calculations on the file size versus free disk space and this can be quite time consuming sometimes, and I have seen it very slow with setups that have many components.
