My dlls are not getting updated with the upgrade

Hi,

I have an installer of type Basic MSI. When I run setup.exe of different version, not all the files are getting updated, especially the dlls. But, a text file is getting updated on each upgrade.
I tried doing settings in Direct Editor, but nothing is helping.
Please help me in this.

Hi Prema,

What kind of upgrade is this(minor or major)?
Are the dll versions are incremented for every build?
