we have an installer project, when we build the CD image, we got the following error message. Any clue? Can I have a way to avoid this problem?

Hmm, well it seems that you've simply hit a hard coded limit as that value indicates the total number of paths (directories/folders?) available for CAB files is a 16-bit unsigned integer.
I'm not sure if that's a project limit or an individual CAB file limit, but if it's the latter you could try to decrease the fixed sized of your media to spread things out more. Otherwise you'll probably need to simply your project.
I also tried checking the InstallShield Professional Support Central, but came up empty handed.
