I build my setup and when I run it, I get a message box titled "_ins5576" and it's text is "is.dll". Does anyone know what this error relates to?

The installer renames the setup executable to the first funny name. I think you should investigate that your _isuser.dll is valid and functioning correctly on your target system. you might have mismatched setup components - different versions of pieces if you did a maintenance pack application or something.
