AdminStudio® SMS Edition is the result of collaboration between Macrovision (formerly InstallShield), and the Microsoft Systems Management Server team. It is a customized version of AdminStudio Professional, containing AdminStudio Professional's powerful Repackager, Tuner, and Distribution Wizard tools. These tools enable you to convert your applications to the Windows Installer (MSI) format, customize those MSI packages using transforms, and rapidly prepare them for distribution via SMS 2003 without ever touching the SMS server console.
AdminStudio SMS Edition is available at no charge on for all evaluators and customers of Microsoft Systems Management Server 2003.
